Talkwalker is expensive, so is maybe not a good option for small businesses or those not serious about investing in managing their global brand reputation. The basic plan is over £500 per month and doesn’t include those advanced features like image recognition and AI monitoring and analytics — but these are available as ‘add-ons’.
